Very thorough, non-rushed eye exams. Great customer service both during initial purchase and adjustments. Not being rushed very important to match new prescription, unlike the last set of “big box store” purchases my family has made. We will be back.

I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

This clinic is so thorough and detailed! They are really top of the notch. I bring my entire family to see Dr. Kim Krmpotic. She is just delightful! She's a beautiful person inside and out. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to make my 3 year old feel comfortable before she starts checking his eyes. I never feel rushed when I am there with my kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

My family has been a client of Optimart on Eglinton since they opened. My grandmother was one of the first patrons and seeing the staff treat her convinced us to move our business to them. Our eye exams are performed on spot, we order the glasses of our choice/affordability and voila in a short period of time, we get them. We haven’t experienced any issues to date nor do we expect any. They have an excellent selection of brand name frames, and is also very accommodatin with finding the same frames you’ve seen somewhere else, at a fraction of he place! I found some D &G frames in unionville. He provided me with not just the frames, but the prescription as well, all for less than the price of just the frames in the boutique in Unionville. I’ve been a customer for several years, and am recommending this place to all my friends. Excellent quality, fast and cheap!

Wonderful help and very nice people. My glasses were finished before the quoted time and there was great flexibility regarding pickup times. They even did one adjustment for completely free. Fred and Elizabeth (I think those are their names) are very knowledgeable about everything lasses related and create good glasses at a cheap price imo

Extremely satisfied with Theodore & Pringle. I accidentally placed my glasses down next to a lit candle. Not sure how it happened, but they flipped over, right into the flame. Melted the plastic off the arm and they were my favourite pair! While shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore, I mentioned my blunder. They fixed them free by using a pair that had been donated! They have done more for me than any other. Many times they have gone above & beyond. I love their 50% off sales!
