Staff and Dr.Zack are friendly, professional and organized. Yes, I’ve experienced long wait times but I don’t know why…maybe some people take more time as I noticed many people brought a second person into the room to interpret and other reasons as most patients are older. I use a wheelchair and can’t get out and I especially found everyone in the office go out of their way to accommodate my needs. He is a professional, well experienced and reduced my anxiety about my surgery. ?!!!

Dr.A.Tekle is an absolute amazing doctor!! He is kind, gentle, super friendly, respectful, funny, always happy, smart, trustworthy and very honest! I recommend him 100%!! He was my doctor for when I was a little girl but I moved to Kelowna for a few years.. but when I moved back to into town, I was soo happy he was able to take me as a patient again!! We had the unfortunate situation where our dog Hardy was hit by a truck, and we ended up at this Vet hospital. The initial emergency care, treatment, communication, was fantastic. His continuing wound care and dressing changes are without problems and he’s always happy to go. The staff are compassionate and helpful and lovely. I’ve recommended this place to everyone!
