I started working with Crystal years ago and was in the best shape of my life. After having my first baby, I decided I needed to lose the baby pounds and get in shape again. I knew I would need to go back to what works for me, Crystal's boot camps. I was able to lose 40lbs with her help and become stronger than I had been in a few years. Simply put these guys are exceptional and reconnected my electrical service entrance when Hydro left us in the dark and cold at the end of Feb 2017 (tree cutting crew saw that that the utility wire was lying on the roof and immediately pulled our meter). They had us reconnected in what had to be record time and a full day under the time they predicted and within the budget they originally provided.
