I was with Dr. Torben Jensen for a year and half till I moved to Calgary for much bigger health issues. He knows his therapy well and even some extra knowledge. He has the ability to create a rapart with his patients that include smiles, jokes, and toher dialogue. For example, when the therapy hurt he would always crack a joke to help me get my mind off the initial pain my muscles gave to me in thearapy. When I came in for the next appointment he was always asking how my day went or how my businesses were working out and if I had skied Whitemans Pass in Canmore again. Very caring and understanding doctor that put in clinical expertise, art (no pun intended), being funny, and serios if need be. Plus his office has these rad tasting swedish or norwegian chocolate toffee candies. I tried to reserve myself but I ended up always taking some for the road. And of course, Dr. Jensen didn't really care, he just joined in and said how much he really liked them. The water bubbler was also a good point, as well as my old family doctors office was in the same building. Down to earth guy.... Keep up the excellent work..!! Lire plus

My wife was in a wedding out in Banff and three ladies came out from this salon to do their hair. She says it went really smooth and that everyone was happy - especially the Bride. Attending a business conference at the Rimrock, this was my first visit to the hotel but not my first stay in Banff. The location is superb - very close to the gondola and hot springs, and the most amazing views of the area. Loved the hotel itself, it is elegant and luxurious. The rooms are heavenly, they are even stocked (or were at the time) with Aveda bath and hair products. I await my next trip to Rimrock! Lire plus
