Direct human contact on phone. Gave me a quote and advised that there was a possibility of a change once they reviewed the items I wanted removed. I live in an apartment and they did not increase the quote for that, as some others do. Best quote of 10 places I contacted and *bonus*, they were available same day. They arrived promptly and were very proficient in the removal - only took 10-15 minutes. The telephone quote was maintained. The gentlemen were very kind to deal with. Recommend!

The gentlemen were right on time to set up the fence, even gave a call ahead of time. The men were great with my dog and the fence has worked perfectly!! I highly recommend Creative Custom Decks. I the past we have had horrible experiences with workers on our property and I always dread a new project being started. I was pleasantly surprised by how well our deck project went though. Everyone who worked on the job was polite and professional. It was completed in good time. They were all very hard workers. Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Tim was wonderful as well. he explained everything and did a great job to repair it. I 120% recommend them.

Very friendly sales guys, dealt with both Rob & Kyle and both were courteous, knowledgeable and non pushy before they passed us to Anya to look after our finance needs, she has a very personable approach like she knew us for years lol, got us a better interest rate than previous dealership we visited and got it done in one day, we asked if this is all possible in one day because of our situation and they delivered what was promised, I couldn't ask for more, thank you all for our new car ?

Don't let the outside fool you - this is one of those gems you find hidden away in the least likely location. We tried Papa's based on Restrauntica reviews - same reason we went with the deluxe panzerotti. You have to taste (and see!) this to believe it! I ate this thing for dinner, for lunch the next day, and AGAIN the day after that! Loaded with stuff like pepperoni, bacon, peppers and mushrooms - all wrapped up in a delicious, slightly chewy dough. It's about the size of a medium pizza - and large enough to share. Can't wait to try the pizza!

There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it.
