Service de qualité supérieur. J'ai appelé au magasin puisque la serrure de mon coffre ne fonctionnait pas. La personne qui nous a répondu a pris le temps de vérifier avec ces collègues la manière dont il pouvait nous aider à distance puisque ces techniciens n'étaient pas disponibles . Il est resté avec nous au téléphone durant tout le processus et grâce à ses conseils, nous avons pu résoudre le problème. Sans hésitation, je recommande fortement de faire affaire avec cette entreprise.

While visiting in Ottawa, I had some problems with my Nissan Murano. I tried a number of shops but everyone was busy. I noticed that the best rating was given to AC Automotive. I called and they managed to squeeze me in. Jeff and Eric went beyond what you would truly expect. I spoke to customers at the shop and they all agreed that the staff at AC Automotive are polite, and perform excellent work. Really nice to find a shop that does what they say and then back it up!

Since Covid it has been hard to get my nails done and after restrictions i have had a few terrible, and "out of touch" experiences. But the owners/staff at Aimis is really top notch and they deliver quality service like they never lost touch! Best experience yet and would highly recommend post-covid and for future visits!
