JFD did a great job installing vinyl plank throughout my main floor as part of a total makeover. The attention to detail and workmanship, ensured that we would enjoy our floor for years to come. Without being asked Steve even replaced a transition piece with VP because he knew it would flow better. Even for some DIY renovations, there are some final fit and finish jobs that are worth paying a professional for.

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again
