Recently we had say goodbye to our elderly dog. It was a heart crushing process. The team at HVH, accommodated our needs which is difficult due to covid restrictions. Afterwards Andrea called us to make sure our family were ok. They sent us a card with our dogs paw prints. We’ve been using Hastings Vet for 8 years. The team have always gone above and beyond. Due to an issue with my alternator I had to get a tow. I called CAA spoke with Bruce. He advised me that Mccracken would be able to assist within an hour and a half. I called at 4:30 am and by 6:52 am Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I was honestly quite impressed with the beginning to end experience that I received. Thank you Bill.
