2 years ago my husband purchase glasses from another theadore and pringle store. The glasses gave him head aches and visdion was blurry. We went to the petrborough location to purchase new glasses and Jen adjusyed the glasses we had purchased 2 years ago. Once ajusted correctly it was like a miracle. Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

We cannot say enough good things about James and his crew. After the ice storm this past weekend we were down to 3% propane left in our tank. We called Monday, Mar. 31/25 and by 1pm Apr. 1st we had our tank filled.
They only got power on Monday at 10:30am.
We can not thank Endicott and their staff for the excellence service.
With our power still out as of Apr. 2nd we are able to keep our generator running.
