I bought a new frame from this store of Londonfog, and I am really happy with it. Frame is really of excellent quality and price was also good. The lady named Kaur really helped me a lot in choosing the frame. Services provided by them are of excellent quality. I highly recommend others to visit this store. I have been going here for over 5 years and I love the lady at the front desk she is very accommodating and helpful. I found the optometrist to be thorough but also quick as mentioned in other comments. However, I commented on this and he said he knows people don’t have all day so he is efficient with the eye exam. Places that take an hour don’t mean it’s BETTER just BUSIER. I liked the quick service was in and out in an hour with glasses picked out.

This place has really good selection on frames. I felt I was always assisted by a whole team of people to support me. Ultimately you sit with the (very knowledgable & reasonable) manager Amir to settle the deal. I am delighted to be able to benefit from their present special (2 for 1) and got two pairs of glasses for the price of one. The price I paid seemed very competitive and was only slightly more than I paid at Costco but was so worth it considering the personal approach!
