Everytime I go to the Brick I get excellent service. I had to buy a mattress for myself. I am very pleased with the product. Because they didn't tell me about the mattress and bed pick up for 40$, they came today and picked it up for free. Also, they took my old oven for 20$ even though I bought the new one from Leon's and not them. Leon's charges 30$. If you go to the Brick ask for Wanda or Gary. I get very good service from them. They are honest and not at all pushy.

No auto shop is perfect, Canadian Tire is no different. That said, not every shop will own up to that. Any time I’ve had a problem at CT, they’ve made sure to make it right again and there is definite value in that! It feels good to know you'll be looked after.

We showed up late in the day on a Saturday and we were greeted by Jean-Pierre. He inquired about the purpose of our visit and began to show us the models of washing machines we wanted to see. He was very nice and not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the items I had set forth to buy and for once, I was feeling awesome about how I had been treated as a customer. Thanks again JP!!! I have shopped at G. T. stores for over 40 years and been happy about it.
But on line I am frustrated by the notice asking for my postal code every time I try to look for something. It does not work and it cut me off. Please get rid of the notice.
I shop at more than one of your stores not always the same one.
