I purchased a Rubinet faucet from Preston Hardware near twelve years ago. The faucet worked well until very recently when the spigot seized. I contacted Rubinet and they sent a replacement cartridge within days. Hesitant to replace the cartridge myself, I contacted Preston Hardware for help in doing so.
