HONEST! - dealt with Manev, they were professional in that there was a clear process for how they handled a job - inspecting item, suggestion of the way forward, communicating cost, if agreed proceed, including giving me a time expectation that they will communicate with me. What showed true integrity was in the end, turns out my phone had died - they did not falsely charge me or pressure me for opting out of repair. Respectful and professional! Glad they live near me! Store is super clean!

My mom has been at this nursing home for 5 years now it is a wonderful place friendly staff always willing to listen and communicate by phone or email They take really good care of my mom and treated her with respect. When we go visit they are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. My Macbook Pro was less than a year old and someone at Starbucks spilled coffee all over it as I was submitting my final project for my undergraduate degree.
Skyview completely repaired my laptop and it feels brand new! They were great to deal with, kept me updated on the status of my laptop and the bill at the end of it was much less than I expected.
