We took our dog here after he got into some mouse poison when we first moved into our new cottage. Once we brought him there they did a full check on him and the mouse poison, determined that the specific type wasn't as harmful to dogs as to rodents. He turned out to be fine. Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. Could not have asked for a more professional and thorough move. They understood the restrictions with the elevator times on the receiving end of the move, and were very accomodating to ensure the furniture was unloaded on time. Last time I used a moving company, it was a disaster....and that was a "Big Name" company. Would definatley recommend the Barrie office to anyone moving in the Barrie area. Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market Lire plus
