Professional, very knowledgeable, but mostly kind and pleasant to deal with. Had a few cassette tapes to be transferred to a CD. They invited me into the recording room and let me sit and listen to all my tapes for almost two hours. Then the owner edited the music and transferred it right away onto a CD. Nicky a phenomenal lawyer. She advocated strongly for my child during a very contentious child custody issue. She was kind, compassionate, thoughtful and creative in her work with me. She is the only reason I was able to have the best outcome for my child after a very long and difficult legal battle. I went to Kal Tire after getting a flat tire and being unable to remove one of the bolts on the tire. Kal Tire was able to service the vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was VERY affordable! Extremely great customer service, everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer a great follow up service to make sure that the tire change went well and the vehicle is in driving condition. I would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle service. Thanks!
