The owner is helpful - even when I am only buying a $3.00 piece of aluminum tubing. I have had to wait while he helped somebody who was buying a model worth hundreds of dollars - but lets be reasonable here. The prices are competitive with what is found online, and I have found building materials there (thin aluminum sheet) which I wasn't able to find elsewhere.

I had to take my small dog here because another veterinary place was supposed to have fixed a painful nail in his back paw in October of last year. Dr. Russ operated and gave pain medication to take home. Also we found out that he had parasites and he was given medication for that. They were very busy but took the time to tend to him in a timely manner and I am supremely satisfied. The people on the desk were very helpful and courteous as well

The turnaround for my business cards was super fast and they came out simply awesome ! My logo and the writing came out perfect in raised ink, the glossy raised touch style looked even better than the sample I was shown. He knows allot! I always get him to do some odd jobs, for example the last thing I got him to do was get some photos off my old flip phone onto my computer. Before that I got him to convert my old tapes into CDs. He is also helpful with programs, iTunes wouldn't find my music one day but he was able to get everything back on, and quick too!
