Bill came out same morning to fix my Mom refrigerator, which he had a spare control board to fit it. My Mother was so happy it was done so quickly that she didnt lose any food or meat that was start to defrost. Bill didnt charge anything extra for the same day (morning) service. My son and I had our taxes prepared by Randa at this location. She was very pleasant and knowledgable and answered all my questions which put me at ease. Very efficient and quick and best of all, she got me a refund instead of the amount I had figured I would have to pay! Instead of dreading filing my taxes, she made it into a great experience.
