Saved our butts. We had a patio that needed repairing and a walkway that needed to be filled. Nobody else would take the job because it was too small. A family member talked to one of them and asked if they could have a look. They came over and called us with a quote immediately and did the work the next day. Amazing! While they were here, they offered to repair and seal the driveway as well. Beautiful work. They even came back a week later to spot repair & repainted over a mess I made!

We had our asphalt driveway replaced last year by Action Paving who did a fabulous job. Was now time to get it sealed, so we contacted BMIR Sealing, who is the son of Maria from Action Paving. Our initial contact once they reopened after covid was replied to quickly and an estimate was booked. Meghan came out and provided an accurate and well priced quote. In the fall of 2011, Berdan Paving prepared and completed a raised above-grade parking space alongside our carport / garage, in a space from which I had just removed a tree. The space was used successfully over the winter, and in the summer of 2012, we asked them to come back and pave the space.
Pricing was excellent - we ended up paving not only the new space, but the main driveway as well. Berdan Paving coordinated with the municipal engineering office, as well as helping to verify the location of lot lines to ensure that there would be no encroachment issues with our neighbours.
The crew was excellent - hard working and polite. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. A year later and the driveway still looks brand new. Top marks!

Had an amazing experience with Mini Pavers. At first I was skeptical of their craftsmanship as only a few days after my driveway was done I began to see tire marks wherever I drove my car. Against my better judgement, I did not call and ask about it I just assumed they did a bad job and told people that asked not to contact these guys. Their office, however, took the initiative to call me and informed me that this was normal. Here I am one year later with the best driveway on the street! Thanks!

I called Peter to seal my parents driveway in Oakville. He went over immediately and gave me an honest assessment about how to make it less slippery. He said the best way to do that would be to replace with asphalt - he wouldn’t make any money with that option.
Failing that he suggested mixing grit into the driveway.
He’s taken care of my parents as though they’re his own. Don’t hesitate to hire him, he’s a really good decent man.
