Very friendly and always on time, if Fetena says your pet will be ready at a certain time you can set your watch by it. My Shi Tzu always comes out looking great and happy. The grooming parlor is a bright and very clean.

Sorry I posted my review on your Edmonton location. We use the St. Albert. I am sure both are excellent but I should only comment on the one we use. Since returning to the Edmonton area, we have tried many groomers trying to find the right one. Others were too expensive, kennelled my dog too long, stressing him out or didn't give him the cut I wanted. I would definitely recommend this business. Max isn't kennelled at all and it doesn't take them all day to groom him, price is reasonable.
