Pam has looked after my cat and my dog on several ocassions. She takes care of them like they are her own. Pam uses her knowledge to get the proper medical care for them if needed. She takes extra time from her day to recheck your pet even if that was not what you asked her to do .... she just does it ! She is kind , sensitive and very trustworthy !

Their cost to fix our male Ol English Bull dog X was exceptional, worth the drive from Listowel, they answered all our questioned, took interest n us as well....definately go back or call them again....job well done.

My family took our dog to this grooming place, we were recommended by a friend. Earlier in the year, she got groomed at PetSmart after we took her there she had a huge trauma. She would hide under the bed for days and shake, she could barely walk (they cut her nails too short). Our dog came back very well nurtured, the nails were cut at a perfect length, all the mattings were gone, she was just as happy when we left her there at the beginning of the day. 10/10 would recommend! Great place!
