I love taking Daena, our K9 companion, to K9 Central! As soon as we turn on their street and she realizes that she will be going there, she is excited! She is always well looked after and she treated well. On occasion we have had her kennelled, followed by a bath, brushing and nails and those services are wonderful as well. (Daena still likes going, even if they did, do her nails!) the staff is friendly and care about your precious pet.

I brought a foster dog from The Animal Guardian Society to Bark and I was very impressed with how clean and friendly their boutique environment is. The groomers were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable about leaving him there to get groomed. When I went to pick up my foster dog I couldn't believe what an amazing job the groomers did. His fur was so soft, he smelt amazing and his cut was gorgeous! I could tell they took their time to make sure he looked his best for his new home.

Janet is the best!! I've been going to her for years. I trust her 100% with my dogs and always know they are in good hands with Janet. She is an amazing groomer. I highly recommend her.

I have been a customer since 1998 the first owner “Alley” was wonderful (rip) and Heidis team are wonderful ..,.my cat salem purrs when he leaves and of course the canine team can’t wait to get out of my vehicle when I arrive at their shop

We have had great experiences here with our very lively Shih Tzu since she was 12 weeks old. We took her elsewhere once and it was not a good experience. The groomer complained that she was very active. She is now 15 months old, and always comes away looking wonderful, with no complaints from the staff. We recommend Durham Dog Groomers highly!

The one star review by Winston is from a vindictive person. He and his wife have been trash talking the Dog Pad. I've had three dogs boarding and at the daycare for over ten years and never had a problem. The problem it seems is some high maintenance owners and Jen and Brett have the choice to kick out problem owners. My dogs have always been happy to go to the Dog Pad and I always recommend people to them when someone is looking for boarding or daycare.

An amazing facility! Every single feature has been thought through to make it the safest and most comfortable for pet. The staff is super friendly and get to know you and your pets so well.
Their groomer has done great work on my 2 goldens, giving me exactly what I want and even pointing out skin concerns.

I have great service at all the Pet Valu's I go to. The two Pickering locations have wonderful helpful friendly staff and I always feel good with my visits. Money well spent. The groomers are amazing with my dog. This is how you should feel when leaving your pet for grooming.
