They've been feeding member's of my family for over 40 years and it's now my obvious go to - literally the best Chinese food in the city! They truly care and even make their own plum sauce! After years of eating at Under the Volcano we had another great meal once again. The margaritas are always good,as well as the chips and salsa before the meal. I tend to stick with the spicy foods whereas my wife prefers it relatively mild. My wife had the beef burrito and I the blackened chicken chimichanga (made extra hot). The desserts are fantastic but my favorite has to be the deep fried ice cream. The new location is still being settled into it seems but I'm looking forward to seeing it all finished. Lire plus

Our family from different cities often meet up here to visit and eat. Last night ( Oct 16) for the 1st time since the pandemic we met again. They were amazing. Our server was efficient, friendly and very accommodating. They served the 3 young children first and all our adult orders came out together. We stayed a very long time as we hadn't seen each other in over a year. They never tried to hurry us along. It was a wonderful time of meeting up and sharing a familiar meal together. Thanks !
