Realy friendly cpeople. always polite, fast to adress any concerns we had. always fast to come fix stuff that needed fixing in our rental appartment. no Issues at all. Great, professional company!

Extermly good place. Wonderful enviroment with lots of bushes, trees, and a nice yard. The building are very clean and neat. The manager is the nicest person you will ever meet. The rent cost is also the lowest in Victoria.

Over the 2.5 years we lived in Langford, we always had excellent and professional service from the property managers at Kahl Realty. We would be very happy to work with them again in the future!

Our family of 3 rented one of your suites for a short vacation from our hectic lives on the mainland. We have been to Victoria before but have always stayed in hotels, this was our first time with Victoria Prime. I don't think I can remember a time I have ever felt so taken care of by a hospitality company. I wish I could recall the name of our host, she was so great, she even provided us with suggestions as to things our teen daughter would enjoy while being forced to "hang" with "the parents.
