Let me start by saying that Venus was great! She made the entire process super easy and attended to all my concerns until I was satisfied. If anyone is looking to hear better she's the person to go to! She genuinely cares, and it is noticeable that her concern is to make her patients feel comfortable and satisfied. I have been with Auburn for 8 years now and they have excellent customer service. Everything was clearly explained to me. They told me about the refund eligibility for a hearing disability and filled out the paperwork to be sent in on my behalf.

This is a family owned business. The owner is the audiologist. If you need hearing aids, this is the place to be. Ben will work with you on a price thats within your budget and fit you with the perfect hearing aids. I'm so happy with mine. He told me if I had any problems to just stop by with no appointment. I will never go anywhere else.

Was in a bad car accident and was left with hearing loss and bad ringing in the ears from the air bag. John said some got relief with hearing aids. Insr. was slow at approving and I was on a trial but John really worked with me and extended it as he knows it was helping me. He is a very caring man and really wishes to help people. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to all my friends.

My family Physician referred to see ENT Specialist. I had trouble hearing for last few weeks. At Dr. Sky’s clinic I found out that my appointment is after two days. I requested the doc’s Secretary. She understood my agony and discomfort and asked me to wait if David has time. Doctor David found out that Wax problem was so intense. He took his time and kept working on till resolve it without any pain. He showed me the inner state of my ear on monitor. It was great learning for me. Amassing!

I knew I have a hearing loss for sometime now and I when to Hearing Aid Central to check my hearing. The staff was very forth coming and helped me get my first pair of hearing aids. I wish I would have done it sooner! Julia and the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions.
I only needed 2 follow up appointments and their service was consistent. I would highly recommend Julia and the staff at Hearing Aid Central.
