I've got my hearing aid set from this store about one and half year ago ( Aug. 2014) . Very through. Best thing about it is, their help after sales. I've requested change setting many times and they did as I please. Nowadays hearing aid is so sophisticated and need time to adjust to my brain ( yes my brain). He lay down how I will get use to it and it happened as he said. Fully recommend it.

I recently visited this clinic in search of better hearing protection while playing with my band. With 4 guitars, sax, harmonica, bass and drums it can get pretty loud. The trouble is everything I've tried is too muffled and they make it very difficult to sing. Dr Marynewich suggested dB Blockers musicians earplugs by Etymotic Research. They have different filters to suit your situation. They are SO comfortable and work great. She was very helpful and so was her office manager Maria. Recommended

I had a bit of an issue today because I had a gift card and wanted to use it without a membership. They sent me to get a one-day pass in order to use my gift card. Unfortunately I wasn’t told that I needed to bring ID with me and I took an hour on the bus in the rain to get there … and get turned down from shopping there. Luckily there was an awesome manager there named Suri. She turned a frustrated potential customer into a happy potential customer! Great job Suri, and thanks again!
