I have been going here for a long time. Last year my 13 year old daughter was pulling something in her leg every time she jumped just 3 weeks before volleyball nationals. We had just two sessions and he had her playing better and stronger than she had all year. I strongly recommend Pugi for kids in sports or even if your child has major growth spurts. ( my daughters is 5'11") It will make a huge difference!

I have been taking my cats there for years. Dr. Sherry Van Boxtel is the best and she took such wonderful care of my cats and treated them like her own. She is amazing. The rest of the staff are fantastic too. If you need a vet this is the place to go.

I finally put apprehension and fear aside & went in for acupuncture. So glad I did! Kamal has been a godsend! After trying everything to fix my pain & migraines nothing has come close to the results I’ve had with the acupuncture. My husband had messed up his shoulder & lower back from repetitive work and a car accident.
He was given stretching and light weight training. My husband faithfully followed thru with both and over the months has worked out the problems.
Doctors didn’t help but Arun and the staff did. Follow thru with their recommendations and the body will heal!

Eugene is amazing. Have been seeing him for different issues over the years. They recently have a new front receptionist/physio assistant...not very friendly and quite a condescending attitude. This has changed the atmosphere quite a bit, unfortunately.

My grandfather wanted me to come along to be his interpreter in Cantonese. When I got there, the practitioner can speak Cantonese which help saves the day as my Cantonese isn't the best. She was really thorough and took the time to explain everything to my grandfather. The practitioner even did a follow up call to see if he's adjusting well to the hearing aid. We are very impressed with the service.

I've been to other physical therapists, and they are great, but none of them could solve my physical issue that was causing me a lot of pain. I came here and the PT knew how to accurately test and solve my physical issue, pain is gone now. The results speak for themselves. I drive all the way out to Wetaskiwin to see these guys.
Also the hours are incorrect on the website. I'm not sure what time they open in the morning, but I do know that they are open until 5 pm every week day.

Khurshidahmed Patel is an excellent physiotherapist. Khurshid will use any/all treatments he has available to help you with your problem. He doesn't stop with one treatment, I've had him perform neck stretch, dry needling, and shock wave treatment in order to tackle my issues. He listens and works with you. The best part is he charges one low price for all treatments. Much lower than a lot of places I've been. I am not charged separately for each treatment. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone.

My family and I have all been seen at Pivotal, both for physiotherapy and also for massage! Their massage therapists are all amazing, and are able to do an awesome deep-tissue massage and just make you feel completely relaxed. My husband has had ongoing issues with both lower legs and for the first time in years was able to feel relief after Byron worked on him. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We'll definitely keep going back!

Waseem Mohmed is an amazing PT...the best....and if you read his credentials we are lucky to have him here in Canada! I had massages from both Nino and Jordyn and again, just great people and work. This team made me feel so much better and Im on the road to recovery! Cant recommend enough!

I have to say, that in the last 24 hours of hospital stay for my husband, I have been overwhelmed by the courtesy, kindness, friendliness and total care give to him and myself. He went in very ill, it was handled with fast efficient care, and the doctor that worked with him several hours this morning after his quitting time, was exceptional. I hope I never hear a negative about the emergency care in this hospital because they went above and beyond for us. A huge thank you to you all.

I saw Melissa Voll at Innovation Physical Therapy - Namao Aug-Oct 2016. I consider my neck problem treatment resistant. Melissa was able to take me out of pain very quickly (it took a total of 6 treatments). I had been to more than 6 other physios and countless other providers (including chiropractors) who had absolutely no success. Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
