Jo-Ann helped me more than even my doctor. Her physiotherapy assessment on my foot took over.an hour and she helped me discover how I actually hurt it and then has been treating the issues. The Docs who checked it took maybe 5 min and made a guess. Her thoroughness meant I got the right treatment and am now almost fully healed and waking again. Amazing results! Very recently, I woke up with torticollis which is an unpleasant and painful neck condition. I have attended a couple of sessions at the ANWC and not only did the pain go away, but so did the cause of it. Despite the prognosis of not being able to move my neck for at least a week, I felt well enough to return to work in 1 day!
