After my accident I was plagued with anxiety every time I got in my car to drive. At night, in the rain, in heavy traffic, and if I had to drive to new locations. Lana helped me, through counseling and trauma reduction techniques, to get back my car and drive without the anxiety plaguing me.

I have been engaging in counselling with Dr. Serina Islam since 2007 at different points in my life including 2014 2019 and presently. We have worked on CBT mindfulness, DBT and other varieties of coping.
She is amazing and practical has empathy and realistic feedback.
