Honest mechanic who appreciates your time and business. I bring my 99 CRV here and always feel Im getting great service for my money. I dont want to spend a fortune keeping an older car on the road. Stewart knows where to start and doesnt just start putting parts in to diagnose the problem. I recommend him to anyone looking for a mechanic.

I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

I should have made this review years ago.. I have known Chris for at least 30 years, and when i lived on the mainland, I always had him do any work to my junk vehicles, because with his shop, I always knew it was going to get fixed right the first time. no one is ever told they need something they dont need, his shop is always busy, expect at least a 2 week wait to get your vehicle in, from basic to extensive, it is always worth taking it to Pemberton Automotive.

Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. I was shocked that my usual mechanic missed them. It was actually dangerous for me to drive. They got me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Thanks, guys!

Henry and his sons represent the modern day equivalent of a bygone era where competency, interest, fair play and consistency were the norm to so many of our everyday service during those times. Their garage services our family two collector vehicles as well as a good friend who drives all the way from West Vancouver to have his Subaru Forester serviced twice a year. I've been having my oil changed at Auto Express for years, and also getting repairs as things come up. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and offer the best deal in town! Yesterday they changed my oil, topped up all the fluids (the washer fluid was completely gone), and even fixed a leak in the stem of my right rear tire without any extra charge... just over $30, and all done in 15 minutes.

Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. There were many problems that were addressed and fixed. And I was happy to bring my car home fixed. Yet unfortunetly the car began to leak again yet he fixed it right away. Will go back again!

Gary and his team are very passionate about their job. They worked hard on identifying a very tricky issue with my car where a component failed without being visible on the computer. They worked late and took the car for a ride until it started to behave as I described.
They have used parts in their shop from dismantled Volvo-s and this is very useful for replacement or nailing down a faulty component.
