I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

Chandra. Is. Amazing. Period. My uncle and dad introduced me to his business. I have been going for oil changes and have had various problems looked at over the last 3 years or so, including brakes and check engine lights. They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

Best mechanic shop I have ever gone to. Marco is the most honest mechanic I have ever seen and not once has he taken advantage of me or anyone in my family. I will only take my vehicle to Marco to fix because he's a GOOD and HONEST mechanic.
I drive a 16 year old gmc and after he fixed the suspension and put new tires on it the thing has been riding like a Cadillac and I enjoy driving it now.
one word to describe the customer service and the quality of the work and that is MAGNIFICENT.

I had some work done on my car, after the dealership was done my remote start didn't work . I contacted PUSH TO START, and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist, and she told me to come in, I arrived and spoke to a very pleasant young man, he changed the battery in my starter fob and showed me how to reset my starter at no cost. A wonderful experience, I commend these young people for great customer service I received.

We were wrong about this shop in our first review so we decided to give this another try.. After our second visit and amazed by their service, Daves auto shop is by far one of best shops we came across in the city! My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !
