My VW Golf would not start, so I had CAA give me a boost but since we are only in Collingwood for 1 more day, I was left to try to figure out what the issue was. I was called Import Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, and did not overcharge by replacing the battery or alternator which I was happy with. I appreciated them being able to get me in quickly and provided me with peace of mind. Thanks very much for your help.

At a time when tire changeover is/was paramount, I had discovered a slow leak in one of my front tires due to having run over a nail/screw.
I called at 8 am on a Monday morning and was told I could bring it there for 11:30 am and that it would take approx 1/2 hour.
I left, with repair and payment completed, by 12:05 pm, same day.
I am/was, absolutely satisfied with the work done on site. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I went in to get a quote to have brakes installed on all wheels!. Their quote was lower than 2 other quotes from their competitors. They told me they could do the repairs the same day in 2 hours. I was in at 8am and out by 10 am!! Great service!! Friendly personal service from John, Blair and the mechanic who did the work on the brakes. I dont know why Jeff received such a nasty review from that one customer but I have to tell you that when we brought our Tiguan to him with an engine light on and previous to that we had CTC (I know I know) take a look at it and replaced the fuel pump to the tune of $1500 only to have the problem persist and another shop replacing plugs and ignition coils for another $500 again only to have the issue persist, Jeff zeroed in on clogged intake valves. Fixed it right away and car runs like new.
