Exceptionally well-run family business. Doug is a veteran mechanic who not only cares about the car but the person driving it. He will give you an honest, thorough assessment of the condition of your vehicle and a reasonable quote to fix it. I have never had a complaint on any of his work.

Canadian Tire, You did something right! I normally do not write anything about stores, experiences that I have encounter, etc. Housewares.. Wednesday and raining.. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
