Canadian Tire, You did something right! I normally do not write anything about stores, experiences that I have encounter, etc. Housewares.. Wednesday and raining.. Young lady gave me her card after helping me with a vacuum. So many to choose from. I'm in Waterdown, neighbor said the same.. On Saturday Dec.15th, my car broke down. My son-in-law called the first towing company that came up on his cell and luckily it was A Action. Helio was the tow truck driver, he treated me with kindness and compassion, towed my car to my home and is in the process now of helping me get my car repaired. He was a bright light in what was turning out to be a dark day. Helio you are my angel and you also give great hugs. Thank you thank you thank you A Action and Helio

HIGHLY recommend using this business due to it's impeccable customer service and respect to others vehicles.
Last month one of their drivers dented our roof on our Mustang with his fists due to road rage.
The gentleman covering for the owner informed me not to worry that if the driver would not pay, as he was a broker, the company would pay for the damage.
The owner himself, Justin, called us when he was able too. As the driver decided not to be faithful.
This is a business that will thrive!

Service was great, got my van restarted in less than 5 mins. Took 20 mins to get here, plus another 5 just to make sure everything was ok. Was only passing through, otherwise I would definitely keep Speedy in mind for future jams.
