Think the person who gave you only one star must have been playing an April fools joke-letter written April 1. I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. I do not usually take the time to write review but I feel that I have to comment on what a great experience I had as a visitor in your community. My friend wanted to take me to her favourite shop there Ann help us pick out several wonderful tops and was quite honest about how they fit and looked. We purchased several wonderful items a few days later my friend got a card from Ann thanking her for stopping by with her Manitoba friend. Great customer service than you Ann. We will be back. I was recently helped by Jaxon in the furniture area. A bookcase kit was too heavy for me to lift. He was nearby and quickly came to help me. He placed the heavy boxes ( purchased 2) in my cart and said he would arrange for someone to help me load my car. He was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. He made my day.
