They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!

I have to say I can find insurance a little overwhelming. But when I bought my house Dean Coulter made me comfortable and offered me chances to ask questions. Six months later after some fog cleared I needed some things clarified and advice on bundling my insurance. I felt silly but Dean said no question is a silly question. Big shot out for Jack of Jack's Auto Repair. I'm from Hamilton vacationing in Huntsville. I stopped at Jack's and even tho he was extremely busy he stopped what he was doing to check my car out and take it for a test drive. Turned out front wheel bearing was shot. RBC branch in Gravenhurst is excellent - only complaint I have is that, if you need to speak to someone in your branch you cannot. The phone system is ridiculous. If I wanted to talk to a machine I would just buy a robot to talk to. It is very frustrating when you cannot get thru to your branch to talk to a live person anymore.
