Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

This location has friendly staff and go out of my way to shop at this store. The FREE tool rental is a big reason I shop here and the staff are definately knowledgable in regards to helping you troubleshoot a problem u may have. Thanks so much. I've been bring our GM cars to this Firestone for 10 years now, once the GM warranty expires. Each visit has been an excellent experience, with repairs quotes almost always matching the final bill.
They do let you know if they find anything else wrong, but you are not obligated to get the work done.
Front desk has always been helpful, and prices reasonable.
Given the cost of Yonge street real estate, it will be hard to expect this place to last for many more years. But for now, I trust them with my auto repairs and tire services.
