My car needed a significant amount of repairs and Kar Auto Parts were able to address all my needs. They have an extremely friendly staff who explained all the options to me. Even though my knowledge of cars is limited, their customer service was very professional and explained things in a simple manner. I recommend going to Kar Auto Parts for all related needs. On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

Quite happy with the service and the value. Their service was 'over and above' in that they made a special trip to my location even though the regular service van was busy - at no extra charge, were very friendly and professional and even offered to take my car back to their shop to properly align the new tires then bring it back to my location. I took him up on that so I wouldn't have to waste a day taking the car in to the shop for alignment myself. would recommend them.
