I ordered some beer from here a few weeks ago. I asked for bottles but the store only had cans. The delivery person actually called me to make sure I was OK with that before purchasing them and showing up with something that wasn't asked for. Very much appreciated. Delivered in good time. Only minor issue was the person I placed my order with didn't advise me of a premium for delivering out into the boonies where I live. It would have seemed more legit if I was advised ahead of time.

My husband recently lost his wallet in a City Cab. We were pleased to get the wallet back with all contents including the cash. We have always been loyal City Cab customers and will continue to be. I have always found the staff here very friendly. Today I was helped by Barb, who is a superstar. She showed true empathy by walking me through what my options were with a friendly attitude. In a time when we cant rely on Canada Post, having staff like her at other shipping companies exposes their value to a critical point. I use this location on a monthly basis to print club newsletters to send out to the few who are on our postal mailing list.
The cost is very reasonable and the convenience of emailing a pdf and picking up the copies later not to mention being treated like a valued customer spending 10x or 100x has been an incredible blessing and is very much appreciated

I had a 500 page family tree I wanted to get printed for my parent’s 70th wedding anniversary. I called around and the most helpful person I talked to was Steve from UPS. He gave me a quote for 50 copies and stuck to it. Steve and Fatima were very helpful in choosing the right cover and binding. He promised that he could get it done in 2 weeks and 2 days later I got a call to come and pick them up. The work was first rate and the books were a big hit at my parent’s anniversary party. Thanks

The staff at this UPS Store has been wonderful to me, ever since I moved to Guelph 7 years ago. I was taking courses and would rush in to print out my assignments - yes, at the last minute - and they always came through for me. Now that I am trying to write stories, even though I'm not dealing with deadlines, they still help me get my prints in a timely manner.
The owner is thoughtful and courteous but, more importantly, he has a knack for hiring people who also give great customer service.
