We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. They always do their best to provide me with as many options as possible, in order to keep my kitties healthy and comfortable. The veterinary assistants and technicians are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would easily recommend Valley Veterinary services to anyone who cares about their animals!

I am with them for 16 years and would not change my dental health provider! Excellent customer service! My daughter found a pair of glasses at another optical store that were quite expensive. Sardis Optical offered to match the price, and with higher quality lenses that would benefit my daughter much more than the other store’s. We accidentally ordered the wrong colour, but they ordered in the right frames for us at no extra cost! Would definitely recommend and we’ll be returning customers.

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

Dylan of Mr. Rooter responded to our Service call to assess our Gas Hot Water Heater, because of its age, was replaced so as our Pressure Valve, Unclog our kitchen sink and trouble shoot our Carburetor.
Dylan is so professional in dealing with us, he has solved our problems very efficiency, and has done a fantastic job, not to mention all the “ maintenance tips” ” that he has given us.
For any of our future Plumbing needs, I will definitely call Mr Rooter Plumbing again & ask for Dylan!

We had one of our fleet trucks requiring service. All locations advised me 3 weeks. Having a truck down is a huge issue for us. Tanya and Abbey we amazing ! they shuffled and found same day service for diagnostics to be done. They were friendly, helpful and so supportive.
Top notch service from the first call all the way through. We will definitely use there service again. I highly recommend them

I would definitely recommend Dr Sandhar. She was very knowledgable and professional. I was referred by a co-worker and now my wife and three kids are all patients. She was very kind and helpful with my children and explained the importance of taking care of your eyes. She takes her time with each patient and I would recommend her for individuals looking for an eye doctor. Her product selection was great and we received very fast and efficient service.

Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Bobs Driveline has installed engines, rebuilt drivetrains and dealt with electrical problems I have had. It has been at least 10 years and still my preferred shop for major ticket repairs. They do their best to see me right away, quickly assess the problem, then get me on my way. They back up their work and honour their warranties. I highly recommend Bob's Driveline.
