I had an amazing experience with this company. When I told their service department that I found scratches on my nightstands, they were quick to do follow up procedures and keeping me in the loop as to how they will fix my problem. I now have 2 nightstands that look as good as new and very satisfied.
Not sure what the other review was going about... I actually wanted my delivery in the evening, but as far as I was informed, they finish deliveries all before 4pm.

Bought a hall tree, among other things, from the Langley location, sadly the back to the tree was damaged when I opened the box. Not a big deal it happens. The staff ( I wish I got her name) was excellent in exchanging the damaged part for a new one they had in stock. Great service and a happy repeat customer.
