just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST.
You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located.
I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me. But these gys value their customers a lot.Never said anything negative.

During an oil change, they provided me with an free estimate for brake service that I needed. I subsequently went in for the work and got upgraded parts w/o affecting the original estimate. Staff was friendly. I will definitely bring my car back.

I went to Topnotch Auto, for the first time with my 2020 Honda Odyssey. Azhar took time and patience in fixing the airbag issue that I had. Exceptional work, service and an overall understanding of my situation. Chrysler CANADA left me stranded after my engine blew up 20 days after my 5 year extended warranty expired. Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed!
