Ive taken a Cadillac; GMC Sierra & my Jeep to Master Mechanic
Ive been told the truth and given reasonable and reliable service.
But my big story is my daughter leaving Barrie w/her 3 children to return to Florida. Her Pathfinder broke down in Innisfil. We towed it back to Dan at Master Mechanic.They could have put in a new Rad & hoses, but thought it could be repaired more simply. We waited less than one hour & paid less than expected.She called from FLa.& said God bless Dan & M. Mechanic!

just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST.
You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located.
I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me. But these gys value their customers a lot.Never said anything negative.

I went to Topnotch Auto, for the first time with my 2020 Honda Odyssey. Azhar took time and patience in fixing the airbag issue that I had. I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

Exceptional work, service and an overall understanding of my situation. Chrysler CANADA left me stranded after my engine blew up 20 days after my 5 year extended warranty expired. Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.
