Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. In the end it had to be towed. But they got the work done in record time as I had my vehicle back before the end of day. Thank you and your crew!

Please let the store manager have access to my comments: On Saturday June 20th/20 I was at your store to purchase two patio chairs. I was helped by a fellow named Robin from the garden centre. The help he gave me was terrific. He put the chairs on a cart, pushed them to my car. The two packages were quite large and would not fit in my car as they were. He took the time to cut open each package and put the chair parts in my trunk and they both fit.
He did a fantastic job.

rolly the mechanic fixed my dirty sputtering electric lawn mower gave it back life all shiny new and purring. Also fixed my dyson vacuum hose all within 2 days. Polite and amazing guy overall will recommend and return worth my drive from airdrie

Over the years I have had to exchange Black and Decker machines that broke down just before or even slightly after their warranty. I have never had any problem trading in the old for new with no charge. Even when at item could be repaired, instead a new item was given. This kind of back up for warranties is great. I have always been met with friendliness and high efficiency. Black and Decker remains a name brand I consider good and will continue to buy.

Keil at the Enterprise location in Kelowna gave incredible customer service. Although he was in the paint section he totally up sold us in the plant section with his knowledge and love of plants. He is an incredible person and my friends and I will be back because of him!! Also we would love to see him in the plant section more.. hint hint.. :D

At the Lethbridge Home Depot today, we bought several components to make cabinets. Unfortunately, we don't know the name of the great lady who helped us. She lifted some very heavy boxes, climbed up on a ladder to get some very hard to get other packages we needed and overall was very helpful and courteous.
