Very happy with the service from Pro Electric. I called to have a electric baseboard heater installed in a cold zone in our home and they had someone out to quote the job the next day. While not a huge job, they took the time to walk me through some options and suggested a heater for the area. They booked a time and were here and done within two weeks. Janbar has wired our new home and made several suggestions that has made our new home smarter. We had them back to wire our outdoor storage shed and spa and as usual the work was very well done and they showed up on time and completed the work promptly. Today I had another usual visit from the electricians at Townsend Electric -- the usual expert, careful, detail-oriented service (instills my confidence), the usual professional practices (timely arrival, clean-up), the usual safety advice of relevance to my situation, the usual friendly interactions. What great service! Breakers went out at 4am on a Saturday morning. Mark and John arrived as promised. He was fast polite and courteous! While I’m not one for writing reviews, I wanted to thank Ferguson Electric for their professionalism and promptness. My wife and I own a historical home in Cobourg which we are currently renting out, and upon inspection before purchase we knew that a ‘handy man’ or previous home owner had done some questionable wiring, and that it would need to be addressed. Ferguson was the first company to have a live person answer the phone, and they had an electrician to my home in two days to troubleshoot. The electrician was only there for one day, and made all the necessary changes. I would recommend this company to anyone.
