Nabi (who runs the shop) is kind, helpful and friendly. They are trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, never try to take advantage of people. As a result, they are busy .. but do their best to fit clients in. A tow truck driver suggested this shop and he was right. Five-year customer.

I would highly recommend Keele Street Collision. They were very helpful and
accommodating. I was total wreck when my husband and I came in to their office
but with their help -- reporting the accident to my insurance and getting a loaner
so we can leave my car there -- they made life easy for me. We can count them as friends of ours for life!

This place is great!! I was quoted 175$ by my dealership to glue my bumper back in place after I broke the clip on a snowbank. Called this place on a whim today, went down and the guy glued my bumper and drilled a screw in less than 5 min and charged me 25$ plus tax. Fantastic customer service, best price and honest business. After your dealership gives you a ridiculous price go straight here!

He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free. Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed!
