I had my brakes, tires and alignment done with Tom and it was the greatest experience I've ever had at a mechanics shop. He didn't try to up sale or add any extras. Just fair service. I would recommend Tom and his team to anyone!

I've been taking my van to Total Quartz in Waterloo for over a year now and keep coming back because of their exceptional service. Tony especially is superb! The muffler on my Honda Civic broke. The Honda dealership only replaces the entire exhaust system, which is extremely expensive. After reading the reviews online, I went with True-Centre. I gave them a call and was able to get my car inspected to figure out the best fix. The mechanic came in and explained the issue and had a convenient poster on the wall to show me what had to be replaced. They fixed it on the spot. It was reasonably priced. All the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend
