This was my first time here……wow….everything was delist! I had the prime rib beef dip…amazing! Also the sweet potato fries accompanies the sandwich. The serving was hugh, and couldn’t eat it all. But hubby helped, lol
As for the dessert, I couldn’t resist, I know…no dessert if you don’t finish your plate! My sister highly recommended the peanut butter cheese cake….I just had to have it! OMG…..it was the best, yummy! The setting was quiet and homemee, One thing…you should reserve!

Food was excellent and the service spot on! Everything from the appetizer and beverages were delivered on time, with a smile, and at the correct temperature. The server was quick to check if we were satisfied and/ or required anything else without being intrusive and immediately cleared any empty dishes. A completely enjoyable outing for my wife and I. Since I was a little kid this has been a go to place for take out pizza. Had left town for almost 10 years and came back to find my favorite pizza place just as I had left it. I can confirm that those that have the negative reviews on here are absolutely ignorant. This place has been a mom and pop shop since they opened back in their hay day. The most unbiased review, I would recommend anybody who loves pizza to eat the stuff. A++

Challenging but fun! Metcalfe Golf Club is a well-kept, interesting course with something for every level of player. Mature trees line fairways on both the 18-hole and 9-hole courses (along with a few imposing trees that often block shots on some particular fairways!) The greens are well maintained and are designed to add challenge (and strokes) to your game! Hickories Restaurant provides tasty meals after a round; and for tournaments, the buffet dinners they provide are excellent! Metcalfe, on the whole, provides great value for both golf and meals, and is definitely one of the better clubs around Ottawa!

We just got our septic pumped by Mr.Septic and they did a fantastic job! I called around and got a few competitive prices and they were by far the best price in the area. The staff that came to my house was super friendly and they were clearly very knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had and they gave me recommendations on what I should do in order to get the most out of my septic system. I would highly recommend Mr.Septic!

My late grandparents old clock had not worked in years. Not wanting to try and repair it myself , I decided to email Schafer's Clock Repair on a Sunday afternoon. knowing they were not open till Monday , to my surprise I got a phone call in 1o minutes.
Peter Schafer called my while he was sitting at the airport in Calgary ( visiting family ) He walked me thru a very simple thing to get my clock back up ant ticking !

I just wanted to give a shout out to Brady on this.. been going to Rooneys for years... Brady was for a long time Daves right hand and I have used him and appears he is keeping that spirit alive.. its a small shop so timewise its slower...but staffwise they are amazing! The reason i trust them is you go to a dealer, 3 dollar thermostat is under warrent, then come up with 500 dollars of rando stuff.. they dont do that there.. if you need a good honest machenic to trust brady is your man
