I live in Vancouver and I need to commute to Burnaby to see Theresa because I was not able to find better place . Theresa provide not only provide excellent customer service but she knows her profession very well that is very rare , Salon is very clean and service is the best, thank you!!! I started with laser treatments on my face just last year and it was the best decision I ever made!! I no longer have embarrassing and thick hairs which has really helped me feel beautiful. I love Gina and her salon is the only one I will ever recommend! She is extremely caring and professional and she will go the extra mile to make sure you are always happy with the service!! Her machines are also the most advanced which I appreciate!! I now have great skin and only go for touch ups!

I got my haircut done by rajdeep and it's so beautiful. A lot of my friends gave me compliments. I really enjoy the service and rajdeep was so adorable and kind. Highly recommend for a nice haircut!

Love this place . Went in to fix a horrible expensive hair color that was done by a well known salon . I got a gift card that is why I went . Bad mistake .My roots were dark and my streaks were orange . Went to see Amira . She transformed my cut and hair color. Now I have my confidence back . Thanks Amira . Amanda

I had a fantastic experience at Altum Spa & Wellness! The calming atmosphere and attentive staff, especially Cynthia, made it special. I received one of the best massages ever, and their COVID protocols made me feel safe. I left feeling refreshed and highly recommend this spa for quality treatments in downtown Vancouver!

Caterina is amazing as are her services. Her kind nature and openess really comes across when you meet her. Her services are top notch and she is alwayas friendly and professional. This place is very reasonable I have super thick blonde hair and to dye it and tone it they only charged me $150, other salons charge over $300.

Hellen is the best at what she does because she cares about her customers. I have been with her since she opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have the best artifical nails in town because of her care and diligence. I followed her from the OTHER salon in town because of her sanitation techniques. I actually caught some sort of nail disease from the other place and almost lost my thumb nail. I've NEVER had problems here.

After having my daughters hair done by a stylist that left her feeling upset and looking ridiculous we called the manager and he was quick to resolve the issue...had her back that day and had it striped out and fixed by another stylist named Ashley....she did an amazing job and we will return to have all our hair needs done by her in the future!!! Huge shout out to the manager for doing what was right!!!

I was at PD Nails in November and had a great experience . I had hand and get done. They were so professional and kind. Always checking to make sure I was comfortable. The manicure lasted so long, the only reason I had to remove the polish was my nails grew . There were no chips or peeling. My pedicure is still going in perfect shape. The girls are great. Plus the chairs are the best. They deserve a 5star rating. I will be back.

I highly recommend Sharlene. She is a fabulous electrologist with many years of experience. She is incredibly kind with a calm disposition. After having a bad experience with another electrologist I was hesitant to continue with electrolysis, but Sharlene took a no-pressure approach and was very willing to answer any questions I had and alleviate a lot of my anxiety. I've seen her regularly for 6 months and have already noticed a significant improvement. I am very happy with the results so far!

Kym is absolutely amazing, I would recommend her to anyone as she is so caring and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. I came in 2 years ago as my previous hairstylist damaged my hair so badly which caused my hair to start falling out, She has made my hair so healthy and has given me my confidence back!

I had to wait a little the first time I was there but it was worth the wait she was very nice and I loved my haircut. I even got my eyebrows threaded for the first time! It was so painful I was screaming but she thought it was hilarious so that made me giggle... So I was screaming and giggling at the same time... my eyebrows looked beautiful after :-)

They always have a great assortment of chemicals and equipment and if they do not have it at the time you come in they are working on getting it in while you are still at the shop.
