We recently spent a most enjoyable week at this vacation site and came away quite impressed. If you are looking for a real cottage experience without sacrificing basic comfort and convenience, then give this resort a try. Stunning views of Rice Lake, consistently good fishing and frequent wildlife sightings made our visit both memorable and worthwhile. This is my go to place for fish and chips. The chips are made from scratch and fried to perfection. The halibut is battered perfectly - not too thick, not too thin. Even the coleslaw is fresh tasting and flavourful. The prices are very reasonable and worth every penny.

I have been hunting with Rob and his son Brendon for over 15 years now with extremely high success rate. You name it: deer, moose, bear, turkey, geese, and ducks. These guys are very professional, well equipped and always in time. They will not hesitate to go an extra mile to get you comfortable, but yet challenging hunt. They will take care of your trophy all the way from the field to your refrigerator.
Robert’s taxidermy is outstanding too. Never seen a better job at reasonable price. In two words: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! YOU WILL NOT REGRET A MOMENT IF YOU WILL GIVE THEM A CHANCE!

I've been out on hunts twice now with Brandon. Once field hunting for geese, the other duck hunting in a boat. On both occasions we had our limit by 9 a.m. It's clear to me that Brandon's primary objectives are to have a safe and successful hunt, while sharing his knowledge and expertise with his clients. Professional, friendly, and well-prepared. That's what to expect from Xtreme Waterfowling. I would highly recommend Brandon to both new and experienced hunters alike.
