Vic was an absolute miracle worker and literally made my family’s dreams come true. I was most impressed with the workmanship and the care taken to install my new furnace. My old furnace had a hodgepodge of connections to my forced air system. This was all stripped out and a custom connection replaced all the old system. The work was done in a timely fashion and my new system is working wonderfully well.. Thank you ProAir and to Mark and the 2 others (never did get their names) !!

Dr. Cottle was excellent. I am not a fan of dentists but he made me feel welcome and relaxed. When he was doing the needles I hardly noticed it was done so gently. The staff are helpful and very cheerful. All in all its been a good experience foe me.

Mike and Steph are a true example of wholesomeness and goodness of mankind. Travelling alone from Calgary to Surrey for a wedding, my tire flew off around 3 am outside Revelstoke! No phone service but 1 bar on data! Just enough to find Bens! Mike was there with in an hour! He was courteous, safe and very considerate to arrange ride for me with Steph to Salmon Arm to rent a car. She is super sweet, kind and caring. Cant thank them enough for helping me so that I could make the wedding! God Bless

Tonite Nov 13 I was missing 4 Jr cheeseburgers from my order, I called the store, and a young gentleman apologized and asked if \I could come back in, I said yes it would be about 10 mins. When \I got there my order was ready, and when \I got home seen that not only had I received the 4 missing burgers but that they replaced the whole order and included fries. What a surprise, great job, and Thank you all so very much.

I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him.
I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one.
